Cats actually sleep the majority of the time. They are able to sleep almost anywhere and at any time each day, averaging 16 to 20 hours of interrupted sleep. Additionally, as owners, it’s possible that your cat may visit you on your bed rather frequently. What gives, then?
These are the three main causes.
#1 They must first feel the warmth.
Perhaps you already know. Cats are drawn to warmth in a variety of ways, like sitting on your laptop, lying in the sun, lying flat on their backs next to a fire, etc. Guess what, then? One of those cosy things is also you.
#2 Cats must always feel secure when they sleep.
They are most vulnerable while sleeping, therefore when they come to you, they truly want to feel safe. Your cat is showing faith in you, so be joyful and proud!
#3 They just adore you.
The major reason your cat becomes attached to you is that it adores you. Cats do have feelings, even though they are not the best at expressing them. Cats kiss you, paw at your face, lick you, stay by your side all the time, and another way they show their affection is by sharing a bed with you. Your cat is likely to be in areas where there are remnants of your fragrance since they feel entirely at home there.
