Brownie was actually the runt of his litter way back when.

“He is quite special – his right paw has only two toes, so called a “crab-leg” or a paw of victory,” Justina Strumilaite explained to Love Meow.

When he was just a baby, he was pushed aside by all of his own siblings and wasn’t eating well from mom for a few weeks.

“But a little champion that he is, eventually he fought his way over his siblings.”

“He is so friendly and knows his name very well, he has a dog personality and follows you once you get home no matter where you go!

He loves people! He is my most loyal companion. And he even gives kisses!”

One year later, he wasn’t so small anymore!!

In a heartwarming video, a cat comforts a cow in its final hours

Most people think that cats are not too friendly, but that’s because you haven’t met Wesley T. Monkey. Yes, that’s the name of a cat who, although mischievous, has a heart bigger than many people. Monkey was always landing into trouble and that’s how he got his unusual name.

That was when he was young – as time passed, Monkey become calmer, although he still showed his knack for trouble. His antics made him one of the favorite cats of the Indraloka Animal Sanctuary located in Pennsylvania.

Wesley T. Monkey was a loved cat by both staff and animals and he knew how to give love back.

Penny the cow was Wesley’s best friend. They were spending a lot of time together which is unusual for these animals. They ate together, slept together and you could often see Wesley sleeping on the back of Penny. After a couple of years, Penny got sick. The cow had a terminal illness and was going to pass away soon as vets couldn’t do anything for her. Knowing that his friend will die soon, Wesley came to comfort the cow in her last hours. He massaged her with his paws and stayed up to the very end like a true friend.

This is just another proof that cats are not heartless animals. They can be friends with other animals just like Penny and Wesley. After Penny passed away, Wesley has made himself new friends. All the animals love him and he surely loves them back.

The owners of Ozzy the cat with the cross eyes wouldn’t trade him for anything

Even though he has tunnel vision and a little of cross-eyedness, his humans adore him and wouldn’t exchange him for anything.

Ozzy, an eight-year-old cat, is a jovial and inquisitive creature. He was involved in an incident as a kitten that left him with crossed eyes. He’s been compared to The Jungle Book’s Bagheera, the panther.

When you look at the eyes, Ian McDougall remarked, “He looks like the panther from the Disney movie.” He was the runt of the litter, so me and Evelyn took him in.

“I believe he has tunnel vision; he can focus on a small area before moving his gaze to a larger area. When he’s chasing a fly, it’s quite funny. He is truly character-driven.

He is accustomed to living at the house, therefore his condition doesn’t hinder him there. He said, “He can run up and down the hallway. He is someone we wouldn’t trade for anything.

They Found This Half-Dead Kitten On the Road, But Then She Lifted Her Head

Two good Samaritans managed to stumble upon this helpless and half-dead kitten lying in the middle of the road.

They got so emotional when they thought the kitten was dead but then, an amazing thing happened after they saw the tiny moved her head.

The kitten felt the warmth of love and began to move.

One of her rescuers wrote: “Zaak and I found this kitten in the middle of the road when we were coming back from our bike ride today. We thought she was dead until she lifted her head towards us.

They found this tiny kitten abandoned and lying in the floor like this.

“I muted the beginning of the video because we were crying a lot. We thought we were about to watch her slowly die in pain. We sat with her for 10 minutes until we decided to move her to the side of the road. We waited but she only seemed to feel better, so we took her home and cleaned her up”.

Cat Arrives At Family’s Doorstep Meowing In Pain And Then

A couple ended up taking in a stray cat and then nursed it back to health after they found it on the doorstep of their home.

This all took place back in February the cat began meowing loudly in the front yard. His left kind leg was injured and the couple decided to take him to the vet.

After a full examination and x-rays, it was revealed the kitty didn’t have any bone damage and his badly infected wound was likely the result of being bitten by another cat.

The vet also determined the cat also had some older wounds on the left side of his body which included a bone fracture in his left front leg that likely occurred weeks earlier.

The stray was given a treatment of antibiotics and given some medication for internal and external parasites because there were lots of fleas and ticks on him.

Just days later, the kitty was brought back to the couple’s home from the clinic and continued to receive antibiotics along with intramuscular injections twice a day for a week.

Initially the cat was completely unable to put any weight on his left rear leg but with some intense care and attention including clearing the wound with antiseptic several times a day, it started to heal.

By the spring, the cat was completely ready to go back outdoors where the friendly feline now lives with other cats having been nursed back to health.

Brave Homeless Kitten Stops Couple and Politely Asks If She Can

This lost homeless kitten was walking around a dirt road all alone and her mama was nowhere to be found.

Luckily, though, the kitten spotted a couple walking toward her and knew exactly what to do: beg the pair to take her home!

As Imgur user abbiabbiabbiabbi went on to explain, they thought the we one would try to run away when they got close. However, the homeless kitten must have known they were safe because she let them pick her right up!

They took the kitten home and proceeded to give her a warm bath and some much-needed food.

As all cat lovers know – sometimes you adopt a cat but other times, they adopt you!

She had a lip and gum injury that looked like road rash, however, it was said that she will recover just fine. The couple decided to name her Tiger Lily and say that she is going to be safe and content from now on!

This Poor Broken Kitten Was About To Die In A Trashcan Until Kind People Gave It Another Shot At Life!

It’s just unbelievable how every single day we learn of a new monstrosity done to animals by people. The kitty you can see in the video below was thrown out like trash when she was in dire need of medical treatment. The kitty’s legs were severely injured and it was in pain, but someone just threw it out with the garbage!

Luckily, kind people heard the kitten crying out and brought it to a vet. Her legs were amputated, but the kitty never gave up. She’s learning how to walk on her front legs and is a fighter! Take a look at the video below:

These Tiny Kitten Brothers Were Saved Together And Adopted In The Same Home!

The relationship between siblings is most likely the longest relationship we have in life. It’s the same with animals – sibling kittens, for example, share an unbreakable bond that others lack.

Anya Yukhtina from Moscow is a gorgeous lady who has been looking for a sweet ginger cat to adopt. She always wanted to get a cat, but she just couldn’t make herself take that leap. Now, though, she was finally ready.

Anya wrote on her Facebook account that she was looking for a ginger kitten and asked everyone if they knew any babies that want a home. The same evening, she received a call from one of her father’s friends. The man had a ginger cat in his garden about 2 weeks old. Anya couldn’t make it so she sent a friend to the man and she was in for a great surprise when he got back. Her friend brought back not one, but two ginger kittens who were only 10 days old!

Anya named them Fatty and Skinny (for obvious reasons). A few days later, the babies were sick with ringworm, a fungal infection that affects the fur, skin, and nails of cats. The treatment for this infection is pretty difficult, but fortunately, Anya’s tiny kitties had it easy. She just needed to wash them every couple of days and give them medications and they were cured in a short time.

Skinny and Fatty were so young she had to teach them how to eat. A month later, they figured it out.

Thanks to Anna’s devotion, the kitties have grown great and share an amazing bond.

They’re 8 months old now and in perfect condition. Anya says they are playful and spend their days running after each other. Playtime can be rough sometimes, but never violent.

“They sleep, eat and play together – they’re truly best friends,” Anya says.

“Even when they want to steal something from the table they do it together!”

Anya loves her ginger kittens and has even set up an Instagram account for the two rascals. It’s really amazing to see the two babies saved from death and adopted in the same home.

This One-Eyed Cat Is The Guide For His Blind Brother!

Take a look at these beauties – Mogwai and Buddha are twins who have only one eye between them!

The kittens were found by a woman who noticed them in her garden. She took the kitties in, but noticed they aren’t really growing and that their eyes aren’t opened yet. Having no other option, she took them to the Inner City Strays rescue shelter, where vets examined them.

The kittens went through many surgeries to prevent infections – Mogwai was left blind, and Buddha was left with only one eye. They didn’t let their disability defeat them, however – in fact, Buddha is now acting as a seeing cat for his brother.

The twins spent a year at the Inner City Strays. By their first birthday, they were happy, healthy, and ready for adoption. Fortunately, a young couple were looking for a special cat and fell in love with Buddha and Mogwai. It took Buddha a bit more time to accommodate, but overall, the cats settled in nicely.

Although anxious in the beginning, Buddha eventually relaxed and fell in love with his new home, just like his twin brother.

The cats share a close bond – whenever Mogwai is disoriented, he calls out for his brother and he comes for help. One time, Mogwai helped Buddha who was choking on a piece of plastic by patting him on his back! They truly have a special relationship rarely seen in the animal world.

The twins spend most of their time playing with their parents or napping. The happy parents set an Instagram page for the cats where they share their daily escapades.
